• All equipment (gazebos, chairs, tables) must be provided by the trader

• No mains electricity is available for traders

• PLI is mandatory for all traders

• A risk assessment must be completed by all traders and must follow best H&S practices

• Set up times: 8:30AM - 9:30AM

• All waste at the stand to be removed by the exhibitor before leaving

• Display, promotion or sale of offensive or dangerous goods is forbidden

• No animals, birds, fish may be bought or sold

• Trade space will only be reserved upon receipt of fully completed application form and full payment. 
• Email confirmation will be sent when reservation is complete

• We reserve the right to reject some exhibitors who may be in direct competition with existing traders

• Some products on display may be duplicated, please contact us with any concerns

• Traders will be listed on facebook and website, if you do not wish to be listed please tick the relevant box on the application form.

Exhibitor cancellation

If trade space is confirmed but then cancelled, notification must be sent byemail. Refunds will apply as follows:

90 days prior to show – full refund
60 days prior to show – 50% refund
30 days prior to show – no refund

Event cancellation

KK reserve the right to postpone or cancel the show under circumstances beyond our control (such as adverse weather). 
Fees paid will be refunded subject to a £5 admin fee.

• Exhibitors will be automatically entered into a best stall competition.
